Common game prizes are: bath salts, body lotions, picture frames, candles, tea, gift certificates, sachets, foot lotions, gourmet coffees, plants, chocolate, and anything similar. You can't go wrong with items that pamper.
Be sure to adjust the type of prizes if it is a co-ed shower. You don't need to go overboard on price, but normally the prize costs a little more than the party favors that everyone gets for coming to the party.
